As lame as that roughing the passer call was, Rodgers had the game in front of him on that last drive and kind of choked it away.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Good job Zebras, solid win today.

But as the announcers say this isn’t a big deal, it will get figured out over the course of the season. No, it won’t. They have created a stupid judgement rule that is going to look way worse than it is more often than not. This won’t get figured out and even if it does the Packers just lost arguably the biggest game of their season. Tie or not that’s a robbed win.

Absolute garbage. Nothing like a tie lol....wowowowowo. Good job NFL

Atrocious.

How you lose that game after the Ha-Ha pick is amazing.

Conservative offense until the very last time they had the ball. Roughing penalty was terrible, but we got one too. Crosby chokes. Their guy chokes.

But the biggest problem? A decent QB and what happens? 425 yards and 4 touchdowns. We're the same team. 10-6 IF Rodgers stays healthy. Team's going nowhere.

Graham has been a huge disappointment thus far. Not a game changer at all. Had a couple chances to make a statement today and dropped passes.

I share your concerns, but it’s too early to tell. They are still undefeated and Rodgers has been 100% for 1 out of 8 quarters.

I’ve had a few, but you people and your Packer negativity crack me up. Let’s not pretend like every other Wisconsin sports team doesn’t constantly underachieve. Badgers lose to BYU. Brewers drop 2 in a row at home to a .500 team in September. The only other team I pull for that doesn’t eventually disappoint me is North Dakota hockey and they play with a loaded deck like Alabama football.

Forever grateful for XXXI and XLV.

The other guys get paid too.

Bad call it was, but that's two weeks in a row Matthews has cost (or in the case of the 1st bailed out) us a win. You just can't put yourself in positions like that as a 10 year vet, it was bang bang but he definitely pile drove Cousins into the ground.

What a stupid rule change.

I thought the call on Matthews this week was a lot closer than the one last week. Still, that’s a call I would want Rodgers to get. That’s the NFL. You have to accept the human officiating element. Major shortcoming. But it is what it is. The call that still upsets me is the PI non-call that was followed by the offensive PI call on Adams. I thought the defensive PI was more egregious, but again, you could probably call something on every play.

I think you’re more disappointed if you’re a Vikings fan that somehow you didn’t steal that win.

Not me, it wasn’t a penalty, it was a clean football play. I didn’t think the play that Rodgers was hurt on last year was a penalty and I certainly don’t think Clay’s play was. I want the game to be officiated fairly and have the teams decide the outcome... and that didn’t happen today.

Right there with ya.

On the play where Rodgers was hurt last year, Barr drove him into the ground after the ball was released. No flag. Today, Clay completed a tackle after the ball was released. Flag. If you call one, you have to call the other. Barr’s hit was worse, IMO. Yet Vikings win both. Still won’t complain. We’re nothing without a QB. Gotta protect the QB.

That tie is a loss. The Packers won't best them in Minnesota so all it does is assure that to win the division the Packers have to finish a game up on them.

Defense was terrible again when faced with a decent QB, and maybe he has time to do something, but Graham has done nothing. That drop in the end zone is a play he has to make. Settling for field goals ultimately lost the game.

6 days and 23 hours ago, I had the Packers pegged for 0-2 at this point ... and probably 4-12 on the season. Cheer up. Minnesota is good. I’m not going to worry about hypothetical tie breakers until December.

I wish I could cheer up but I'm seeing the exact same crap again. It'd be a completely different story if we lost 16-13 because you know we'll eventually score. But I can't get past 425 yards and 4 touchdowns. And why, why oh why, was Davon House running alongside Diggs? Literally out slowest player in the secondary chasing their super athlete.

Unimpressed by Wilkerson, Graham and Pettine thus far. At lease it looks like Alexander and Jackson can play.

I think this is one where no one is happy about it. Packers had multiple chances to put this one to bed. Vikings just needed a chipshot in OT. No one should like this.

I said when they went to 10 minute overtimes that I hated it because it was going to make ties a lot more common again. Not so much last season but already ties in both weeks through Week 2 this year.

I think it's clear that our corner play has improved overall, but our safeties suck. Just don't have much hope left for Haha.

Wilkerson has pretty much been a non factor as you said. Daniels and Clark are solid.

I think if I can take anything positive away today it's that I didn't come away overly impressed with Minnesota. It doesn't excuse us not putting the game away today but I didn't feel like we were overmatched at all by the Vikings like I was worried we might be. If they're the team to beat, the NFC is wide open and I see no reason we definitely can't win in their house.

That’s basically my assessment, except I’m tolerating the tie a little better than most fans after having written off this game a week ago.

Your concerns are valid. I share most of them. Just keep in mind that no team has a stacked 53-man roster (except maybe the Rams ... but they will have cap issues soon). Every team has a weakness - just ask the Vikings, right? :)

Cousins day improved greatly after the Matthews bad call, that’s for sure.

I’ve actually liked our defense at times. I’ll give Pettine more than two games to write them off. I think we are close.
