Yay, we are good again! Maybe...

Props to Clay for covering the TE sneaking out to the flat so Perry could get the sack. Idiot play on the other 4th down but nice to see him get a chance to fix it.

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Man, what a game!

Yeah, and if Nagy hadn't been almost Pete Carroll-level stupid (pass on the goal line when Marshawn Lynch was the best power back in the league) and had instead given it to Jordan Howard, the Bears get the W.

Well done - Rodgers is one of the best QBs in the league and showed why.

Kahlil Mack, though... when he and Roquon Smith are in shape, I think the Bears defense will be very good - and the rematch in Soldier Field will go the other way.

The Bears are going to get better as the season goes along. That is a playoff-caliber team. Great talent on both sides of the ball.

Yeah, started as a fan after Super Bowl XX, but really didn't become a die-hard fan until after the Charles Martin incident.

The difference was Rodgers, obviously. If Kizer plays the second half, the Packers likely lose 35-3. The QB makes all the difference. Trubisky has the talent. Will be interesting to watch his maturation.

That last Chicago drive, I was really worried the Packers would find a way to Albers the game. Really happy to see how well the secondary was performing the whole game. Optimistic, but still worried that Rodgers isn't entirely out of the woods yet.

If all Kizer does it take a knee every snap, Pack wins that easy. :)

He tweaked his knee for sure. Wouldn't be surprised if he had a slight ligament tear. It's going to be sore. The Packers' medical staff is notoriously careful and cautious with injuries, though. There is no way they would have let Rodgers back on the field if the knee wasn't viable.

I think he is going to emerge - the Bears are making a huge bet on him with the Mack trade.

That said, the Bears need to remember they have an excellent pair of running backs in Howard and Tarik Cohen, and to trust that running game on third-and-short.

As for the defense... the 3-4's just not stopping teams. Perhaps they need to go back to the 46.
