And Jennings blows it. Who would've seen it coming?

No, Chacin loading the bases blew it. Coming in with the bases loaded is pretty much a recipe for disaster. If he gets three outs with only that single are you really blaming Jennings?

This. Can't expect a guy to have 0% of inherited runners score. He gave up largely a bloop single the other way. I was angry last night for the 4 pitch walk, but tonight's outing was a B+ in my book.

So the real question being why walk Bell to get to Polanco if he is their hottest hitter?

He got hosed on an awful call and then intentionally walked a batter. He gave up one hit.

Jennings has repeatedly been put in these matchup situations and repeatedly not got the job done.

No, I wasn't expecting him to get out of it unscathed but allowing a sac fly, drawing a double plus, getting a K, would be nice one of these times.

A bloop single??

No, that was a solid single. Good hitting.

So a single, double play, and then a fly ball. That’s a clean 3 batter inning for Jennings.

The real problem is loading the bases with no outs.

And once again, runner on 3rd should have never been there. Chacin threw a strike on a 3-2 count. What else can he do on that?

I mean realistically you expect to score at least two runs after loading the bases with no outs...one hit or two sac flies.

Jennings has been bad in certain situation of late, but hard to get mad there. If the bases were empty that would have been a nice inning.

Good approach, but that was it. Exit velocity was garbage, location on the barrel was mediocre. Nothing like Aguilar's hit from the previous inning.

Thames just doesn't add anything to this team as of late. Domingo can't get here soon enough.

You count how many calls are incorrect in a game, it’s terrifying. That’s just a poor excuse. Happens all day long.

Blame who you want. However the bases got loaded, that is the problem.

At the end of the day, the Brewers have 1 run and Chacin had a quality start. Gotta hit.

It’s Dan Jennings fault even though he inherited the runners and this great lineup we traded half our farm system for sucks.

The runs were charged to Chacin, that tells you who's fault it is.

but it's not like every guy suddenly forgot every piece of advice he gave

None of the arguments are going to matter if the Brewers still have one run after nine innings of play. Obviously stating the obvious but here we are again, one run through seven innings of play.

Perez needs to stop his pointless slides into 1st.

I'll take it over Aguilar and Shaw walking to first.

My kids and I just went outside and saw Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, and Mars all at the same time, so that was cool. Tree cover in my neighborhood makes it tough, so you gotta catch them just at the right point in the Earth's rotation.
