I haven't watched Bote's homer, but I say if you hit a walk-off granny when you're down by 3, you are allowed to show boat all you want.

Oh, I 100% agree - this is meant to be a fun game, but given his hatred by the Cubs fans, I'd like to see Braun rub it in a little more. That would be funny!

How many do we have to be ahead to feel safe about this? 10?

With the way our pitchers have been protecting leads and with how the Cubs seem to pull out miraculous wins every day I would say 10 is still worrisome

I think we need to set a new MLB record and get 37 runs today. That should keep the Cubs from winning...

can only watch on and off and no volume. Is the wind blowing out significantly?

out of the south at about 5-10mph...not significant, but straight out to left center. Summer day approaching 90 with relatively low humidity and a helping wind is gonna make balls fly like crazy, regardless of the wind.

Hopefully Chacin has a good slider today.

I believe we need a steady stream of "Yelich is coming back to earth" posts.

As a substitute, would you accept a bunch of guys worrying about holding the lead almost before Braun's homer lands in the seats? Because there's been plenty of that already.

Lets be honest, we're all thinking about it...

Not exactly unwarranted.

MLB.com says wind is blowing in from center at 8 mph.

weather.com, the flags, and Ryan Braun's bat disagree with MLB.com
