If Peralta can get through six, I imagine they'll turn it over to Hader/Soria/Knebel. Hard not to be confident in that.

Very nice outing for Freddy. I was curious to see how he would look against a team for a second time. It was a long time between Rockies starts, but still major league hitters that have seen him before and could adjust to the deception.

I would let him go longer if he can. They probably aren’t going to use him two days in a row anyway and with the off day Monday he should be OK to go on Tuesday if needed.

No reason for him to go more than 1 in a 6 run game. Get him an inning just to get him some work and you've still got him available for tomorrow before the day off if you need him. He can and has pitched on back to back days, so tonight is just about getting him some work -- don't ride him for 35 pitches.
