R.A Dickey

Why has nobody picked him up as a back-end starter? He wasn't bad last season (10-10, 4.26 ERA, 1.3 WHIP, 2.0 WAR, 4.71 FIP).

 

There's probably something going on with him that I'm not seeing, but it seems weird he's all but out of baseball after a serviceable season.

I guess if you have $20 million in the bank, what is worth more? $2 more million or a year with your wife and kids while they are young...
