Maybe he was just due for a slump, but I hated it when Aguilar went into the HR Derby. Too many players seem to struggle after doing that.
Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Someone remind who we have available in the pen tonight. I can't keep track.

Albers, Williams, Hader, Burnes, Jennings and Soria should be good to go

Not sure on JJ or Corey

This team could use more blowout type games to rest their pen while still winning. Being forced to really burn through our pen arms every win sucks.

How about a starter throwing a complete game? I think we've had more players hit for the cycle in recent history.

A perfect game or no hitter is the only way someone on this team is sniffing 9 innings pitched.

Saw that on twitter and my first response was wondering about those that question what depleting your system looks like. DS has done just fine.

Is it just me, or does having 6 quality hitters at the top of the lineup seem so much more promising than just 4 or 5?

Also, can you imagine this lineup if Arcia starts putting the ball in play with regularity. The arrow is pointing up for this offense.

Not just “at Night” anymore.
