Yelich is starting to sniff a batting title, can you name the only Milwaukee player to win one?

I think cooper hit like .351 the year Brett chased .400 and Coop came in 2nd. I honestly can’t remember one. Maybe Molitor in ‘87 with his 37 game hitting streak?

Good guess. Here are all of our second place finishers (Brewers only). Can you name the winners?

2011 Braun

1987 Molitor

1982 Yount

1980 Cooper - Winner = George Brett

72-33 for Boston. That is just nuts and it's only on pace for 6 less than the record for wins.

I know Braun lost out to reyes. The other 2 were before my time.

Hang in there Brauny...

Plus 1

Man

Plus 2.

You just have to hope they will all bunch up in September and October when we need it the most.

I also missed one since he was so far behind the leader, but

1973 George Scott

I never would have known Reyes. Pretty sure it was Willie Wilson in ‘82 and I’ll say Boggs in ‘87 but that is a complete guess, I have no recollection but I think that was around the time he was good.

Yikes. Pina is lost.

It’s just too bad that there’s not really a market for any catching because this team could use it badly.

1973 winner was Rod Carew
