Counsel finally finds a reliever who’s throwing well and what does he do? Pulls him for Kratz!!!

Kratz has a sweet knuckle ball though...

The knuckle ball set up the "heater" nicely for the K. :laughing

The biggest comeback in Brewer history in the 9th that I can remember was 7 runs, down 9-2, they tied it and won on a Jose Hernandez walk off in the 10th at County Stadium, today could be the day they finally have a bigger one.

I was at this game. First game of a doubleheader that was supposed to be a day off. Only around 3,000 people on hand to see it. Bizarre seeing so few people at an MLB game.

So was I, actually. In addition to the epic comeback it also remains the only time I have caught a foul ball at a Major League Baseball game.

Not just “at Night” anymore.

We appear to be completely out of gas.

Not an especially encouraging thing with 60+ games left.

I think we finish 20 games over .500.

I think that is reasonable given the schedule. 4 games over in august and september.

Thats if we get healthy. We cant keep playing musical chairs with nics and bruises. And if we make a move then thats a plus. Id prefer we hold steady and keep our farm the way it is without a rental

It's hard to believe that 2 hours ago we had a 2 run lead, bases loaded and 1 out, and it looked like it was going to be a really good day.

It isn't that hard to believe when we have a devil of a time scoring runs when we don't homer. I've said it before in other threads - until we learn how to manufacture runs by getting timely hits or send the ball into the outfield when we have a runner at 3rd with less than 2 outs this offense is gonna sputter the rest of this season. :(
