Miller’s glove looks oversized for a middle infielder, but at times his lack of ability to handle easy balls makes it seem like he isn’t wearing any glove at all.
Not just “at Night” anymore.

I'm not going to criticize Shaw for swinging at the pitch. It's not like he swung at a borderline strike on 3-0 and made weak contact. It was a pitch you want a slugger to rip at. Sometimes you're just not going to make the kind of contact you're hoping to make, even on a meatball pitch.

Sure you can criticize him for it. Yes, it happens, but if you swing away 3-0 with RISP and pop up a pitch you deserve to be criticized.

Sorry, I just don't expect perfection. The difference in timing and bat path between that LF popup and a liner into the gap is so minuscule. It was good pitch selection. It just didn't work out. The other ABs, I'm fully on board with the criticism!

I'm not a huge Braun fan but surprising they would not have him as an option in the poll of most iconic Brewers of all time. Seems quite deliberate especially with Fielder on there.

Has there been any commentary thus far on the shadows to start this game? 3pm starts on sunny days typically end in teams being awful on offense, at least until the shadows go away around 5:30ish.

not a total excuse for some of these brutal ABs....but it does help to be able to pick up the baseball and explain putrid swings by both teams thus far

I don't think it was a multiple choice question. They just asked for the fans opinions. Molitor would've got more votes if he had spent his entire career in Milwaukee and wasn't hurt so much.

Probably because he’s not done playing yet.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Braun sucks. 3 pitches nowhere near the strike zone and he flails at all of them. Braun needs to be delegated to a bench bat and nothing more.

He doesnt suck. He just isnt giving the team his all as he used to. Hopefully he redoubles his commitment to the team if we get in the playoffs.

I'm pretty sure he is giving his all. He's 34 and not what he used to be and his body can't handle the daily grind anymore. Don't think it has anything to do with effort though.

That seems like quite a stretch of an assumption to make.
