Rizzo sure running his mouth, cannot believe he wasn't tossed. Want to see the replay but that call looked awful to me.

I actually like when umps try to keep players in the game. This whole ego thing that some of them do is childish...

Generally agree, especially when the guy has his head down walking away and umps go after them. This case though is definition of getting tossed. go straight to his face and start screaming. should be an immediate toss. Also, can't just let big name guys get away with it and then toss other guys, and that's what happened here. If that's Villar or some other mid level guy he's tossed

After watching games or highlights, it seems that there is too much leeway given to Maddon and the Cubs players when disputing calls this whole season.

And CC gets tossed from the top step sometimes! Different rules for the loveables...

Yup, they're getting the star treatment like in the NBA

Sorry I don't trust Knebel at all. He'll walk at least two.

2018: 14 appearances, only 1 with more than 1 base on balls.

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Yes, but the anxiety isn't without merit. He's rarely come on this year and really blown me away. Does anybody feel as good with him out there as they do Hader and Jeffress?

Even all-star Knebel was often a rollercoaster ride.

So what, stats schmats. If you predict they're going to blow a game every time, eventually you'll be right and be able to say "See, I told you so."

In 2017, it only happened like 5-6 times in 76 outings.

Doom and gloom. As dramatic as a middle school kid around here sometimes.
