I can't believe Santana put himself in a situation where he actually is going to get optioned and people won't be surprised. Never would have imagined it coming into this year.

It's clear that the Brewers saw the red flags because they were shopping him hard at the Winter Meetings. Unfortunately other teams saw the red flags too.

Wait, some people don't think Braun saved a HR? He caught it above the yellow line.

What? Braunie was standing on the outfield wall and leapt to pull it in, must have been 30-40 feet above the yellow line...

I remember suggesting it back at the end of April, and was basically told the idea was nuts and it wouldn't happen. Well, other than a week in mid-May, Domingo has sucked.

Who do we trust tonight? Jeffress should be able to do one and then get the next two days off. After that, Barnes? I really don't trust either 'lefty specialists'

To get this win I would squeeze one hitter each out of Jeffress, Hader and Knebel to get through an inning.

Sogard is probably the worst hitter on a ML roster at this point... I want to see him start instead of Arcia... At least Sogard can take a walk.... Sure he sucks in the field, but at this point an OPS of 0.000 negates any defensive value for Arcia...

A few badger mutual insurance runs would be nice to save Jeffress for tomorrow.

Might try to anyway with a 4 run lead. Barnes in the 8th, see how it goes from there. Maybe try to do two if he's low on pitches. Williams otherwise if still up 4 or in the ninth. Jeffress for any shenanigans. I think that's my plan right now
