Good teams win by manufacturing runs, ****** teams only score when they hit HR.

 

Unless they hit a lot of home runs, then it really doesn't matter. Our offense isn't very good. Wouldn't matter to me if they manufactured them or hit bombs. They're not doing enough of either.

Albers doesn't need to go, but he's been very bad lately. There was no reason not to go with Jeffress for one more inning. This was a game you needed to try to win at all costs by this point.

 

Taylor Williams was also available who has been fantastic lately.

 

The dominance in this rivalry by the Cubs is what will be putting them in first tonight. Just pitiful performances time and time again everytime we see the opposing Cubs jerseys.
