I know they haven't been great, but playing Choi consistently over Braun and Santana is quite annoying. Quite frankly, he has been awful outside his first two games. Now I sure hope he makes me look stupid!!

Agreed. It surely wasn’t needed. I like Choi but when you have better options, you play them. You wonder if they were trying to showcase him for a trade. Otherwise, why?

I really didn't like that they called up choi. Wish they would have just played Santana and Braun all week.

I also think Aguilar is going to revert back to "solid bench player, not starter" type numbers. But last time I posted that he went 3x3

Aguilar was a strong OPS player last year in his first real ML opportunity. He has been the most consistent hitter in the offense. It may be reasonable to think he isn't this good, but I don't know what the guy has to do get some believers.

 

 

People, not just here, but in general, form an opinion, then force the narrative to back that opinion up, in my experience. Evidence refuting that opinion gets downplayed.

It shouldve been half blue. Pina stinks though as an offensive catcher. Kinda over him. Wish they had upgraded.

His offense sure...I think he's great defensively though. Can we agree Choi shouldn't be getting at bats today? I can get behind that.
