Orioles take Grayson Rodriguez, all of these pitchers are still available with 9 picks until Brewers selection...

Liberatore

Singer

Winn

Gilbert

McClanahan

Hankins

Wonder if 1-2 of those guys will make it through to the Brewers pick.

Not just “at Night” anymore.

The A's are insane if they let Murray play football.

Could be part of the negotiation strategy - they let him play football, in exchange they sign him for well under slot. If they have a deal in place for $4M, that's $800K they can use to sign other players. If they have a deal in place for less than $4M... that's not a terrible strategy, especially with the minimal difference in talent between this spot and the end of the 1st round.

Texas prep RHP Grayson Rodriguez to Baltimore here

Do you have intel?

The picks are usually on Twitter and various chats before TV. I think last year we said we didn’t want that posted in this thread, but I don’t care either way.

I’d prefer that folks don’t tip the picks. It’s like a spoiler. It’s bad form on message boards in football, but I’m not a moderator here. Just my opinion.

Guesses or speculation are different.

The Brewers are going to have a tough selection, there are going to be some really solid players available at #21. Concern will be what the financial number is for a lot of those guys that are falling.

I have a terrible feeling that the Brewers are gonna take Larnach in spite of some of these guys falling.

I have had these feelings about just about every Brewer draft. A number of guys out there I want, but the Brewers always go and pick the one I don't. Let's hope that doesn't happen.

Good call, lets keep this thread clear of spoilers in the main messages.

Also, there is a spoiler button for those that want to share information that hasn’t been announced on the broadcast.

It's going to make it all the more daring for Stearns to take Beer.

Same here. Big time. I just have had a different view of handling the draft and what to do in the first. I think it may be turning now, though.

This year, I’d be floored if they really do something aggravating.

My opinion - don’t go cheap to try to get some extra good players in a later round. I’m not saying you never do that. I just wouldn’t do it this year. Every year and circumstance is different, and you shouldn’t just plug and chug the same theory every year.

If Singer, Liberatore, Winn, McClanahan, Kowar or Hankins are there, one of them have to be the pick don't they?

If there's one thing I learned from following the Brewers draft the past few years, it's that they certainly don't think like us.

Kyler is a ballsy pick that high! They must have agreement in place for money & option to play football.... his pro future is baseball but his heart wants to play football bad

Proud member since 2003 (geez ha I was 14 then)

FORMERLY BrewCrewWS2008 and YoungGeezy don't even remember other names used
