I know Thor is good, but this team really sucks on offense right now.

 

Packer fans -- remember how many years went by when you'd wish every morning to pick up your phone and see news of a Dom Capers firing? I'm definitely getting to that point with Darnell Coles. This guy is running out of excuses.

Is Cain healthy out there? He is not sprinting and looks like his leg is still sore or something. They don't really have anyone else to play, so they have to leave him in.

Can you imagine if your team traded away Noah Syndergaard for a 38 year old knuckleball pitcher (granted a good one)? Hindsight is 20/20, but that doesn’t make it any less painful, IMO.
Not just “at Night” anymore.

I agree he doesn't look right, but I bet Keon Broxton would pay his own way to New York to join the team if given the opportunity. He's been very hot with the bat, too. I love Cain's toughness, but get a CF up who is healthy.

I get that 40 degree weather isn’t nice to play in but these guys look like such babies.

 

As someone who played baseball at UW-Superior where 40 degrees is balmy for a spring game, I’d agree. I never saw a player for us wearing the face masks either.

CC is gone. Wonder if Chacin is hurt. Every team (and many fans) could use a spring break about now. Tough sledding.

Leave Chacin in to hit, then pull him? Come on Stearns, if these guys are hurt, get them on the DL! Sick of playing short!

 

If its already to this point they need to just start putting guys on the DL if they anticipate a 5-6 day injury. They can't afford to be playing with a 23 man roster every day. You've got minor league depth and options like Phillips, Broxton, Nottingham, etc, use them and give your injured guys a full 10 days to heal up instead of this day to day crap.

Their bench is very short. Thames out already, Braun and Pina hurt.

Is Sogard the only “available” position player left on the bench today, or am I missing someone?
