This is the Chacin we wanted when we signed him. Slider has looked sharp today. Can't do much about infield hits and stupid errors.

As someone who played baseball at UW-Superior where 40 degrees is balmy for a spring game, I’d agree. I never saw a player for us wearing the face masks either.

Cain was known as a patient contact hitter before we came here. I guess "Brewer" has rubbed off on him. Everybody in this lineup tries to hit 5-run homers.

Noah is obviously a stud but these ABs are just pathetic. It's like they're from the tropics and have never experienced weather in the 40s. Like they just want to get out of here as quick as they can.

Disappointed that Cain hasn't made that big outfield catch yet. Tough plays to be certain, but man it's be nice if he hauled that in.

I've been surprised by how bad he's been out in CF so far, a plus defender every year so far.
