Is Cameron Roegner someone we need to start paying attention to?

He's in that Suter/Perrin/Jenkins line of pitchers what will never "wow" anyone but seem to consistently perform. He's on my radar but I'm not ready to put him on any top 25 lists or anything like that.

but it's not like every guy suddenly forgot every piece of advice he gave

Winston-Salem 6, Carolina 5

Four Late HRs & Suicide Squeeze Doom Mudcats

The Mudcats lost a 5-0 lead in the eighth while losing their third straight game

Well, that 8th inning meltdown by the bullpen ruined a feel good day for the Mudcats. The 5-0 lead vanished in 2/3 of an inning with 6 hits and 4 home runs. They then lost in another of those new fangled extra inning affairs. The Mudcats failed to get a bunt down in the 10th while the Dash not only advanced their 2nd base runner with a bunt but then sqeezed him home with another bunt for the win.

Cam Roegner 7 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 6 K

Bullpen - check the box score

Carlos Belonis 2-5, 2 HR, 4 RBI, 3 K

Keston Hiura 0-4, BB
