Plus, the poster that posted the info here has one post. For all we know, that poster is Mr. Rydquist attempting to draw people to his twitter page. That sort of screams shenanigans as well.

 

I like the detective work. I'll add in. The poster in question joined the forum on Fri Feb 09, 2018 12:19 am according to their profile. Does that give it a little more validity? I'll let people decide for themselves!

I am not ted rydquist. Just joined this forum when all that high heat nonsense was going on. Honestly I was just searching brewers cobb and brewers arrieta on Twitter this morning like I have been every day for the past few weeks...and I saw his tweet. Also not sure if I buy in yet either but all of his tweets are very informative and well worded...who knows?? He might know someone that leaked the deal early. I'm hopeful this goes through though....cobb would be an instant upgrade and 3 years is exactly what were looking for.
