Ted Lasso season 2 has begun. We just discovered this show recently and it's really good. Just a breath of fresh air.

The Drew Carey Show is great!

I have always had season one on dvd, and they have never officially released any of the other seasons.

Well, I found the remaining seasons on a not so legit website, purchasded them for dirt cheap, and am enjoying the crap out of them...

I just love the show Ted Lasso. It’s on AppleTV so you have to have that subscription but it’s good.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

It really is a good show. You can get a free 7 day trial of AppleTV and once season 2 wraps up you can easily binge both seasons. I do have one small, tiny complaint:

This may change but it seems like some of the decisions they make don't come back to bite them. Thinking in particular about the owner's decision to support Sam and the athletes for covering up the main sponsor logo on their jerseys. At some point, there have to be repercussions for that right? It's like they just forgot about that major plot point. I think they are smart enough not to just let that hang out there.

Just finished the Queen's Gambit and I found it to be very entertaining. Who knew, a tv show about chess, could be so fun. There is talk of doing a second season, and as much as I'd love to see more episodes, it might be best to leave it as it was intended. It's a quick watch, as it's only one season, so I'd give it a try if you're looking for something.

Stumbled across this show over the weekend and we watched it all in 3 nights. Great show!

I'd like to reiterate how great Yellowstone is...

I'm about 1/3 of the way through season 3, and am going to be very disappointed when I have to wait for season 4 to be televised...

SOOOOOOO GOOOOOOD!

I have been watching Yellowstone and am surprised how much I like it, flew through the first season which is unusual for me as I tend to get bored binge watching most new shows and go back and forth among a few at a time. More of a serial and much darker than Longmire but it does borrow pretty heavily from the broader story lines of that show. I guess I can't get enough of rural crime dramas.

"Only Murders In the Building" has my attention. Enjoyed the first 3 episodes; Martin Short kills

+1 my wife and I are really enjoying this

Good call whomever recommended Only Murders in the Building. Really love the film noir/art deco (a film guy would better know how to describe it) look and feel of the show. Also really like how they're only slowly introducing the main characters.

The Brooklyn Nine-Nine series finale is on Thursday.

If it were on a streaming service, it’d be a hit. Instead, it’s existed in relative obscurity on network TV for 8 years without ever having a regular time slot to call home. It’s sure to live on in syndication.

It's on Hulu

Sorry, I meant if it were a streaming original. But I get your point. It’s there. People can watch it, but most don’t.

B99 will always be an underrated gem, IMHO. It’s tough for network sitcoms to be consistently funny with rigid 22-minute windows, large episode orders, and network censorship. Plus, they have to appeal to the lowest common denominator or risk early cancellation if they can’t find an audience. Despite all that, B99 put out 150+ episodes of very funny PG material.

I have been watching Heels on Starz. So far it has been good, I like the characters and the wrestling and the drama kind of bring back some nostalgia from the 80's and 90's.

Thanks for the recommendation. I watched the first 3 episodes yesterday. Very entertaining.

Season two of Ted Lasso go me this week. What a great show. I am glad to see that there will be a season three.

Just finished "La Casa de Papel" (for some inexplicable reason Netflix has translated this to 'Money Heist'...literal translation is "House of Paper" which is more appropriate for the nature and meaning of the show. I digress). As a traveler abroad in many a Spanish speaking country...I enjoyed it thoroughly. I watched the entired of the first 5 seasons in the Euro Spanish w English subtitles. I really enjoyed it. I found myself really loving the characters. Apparently, the show has a huge international following. If you like action, fast-paced, dramatic, etc. you may enjoy the show.
