We've been watching the following:

Westworld

Crashing

Shameless (though we're in the middle of season 6 and we're beginning to lose interest)

Atlanta

Game of Thrones

Flint Town

The Deuce

Everything Sucks

Home Improvement (We always have a "mindless" sitcom series on when we wanna watch something light)

A few shows I am watching:

The Blacklist

Lethal Weapon

LA to Vegas

I used to watch the Blacklist, but after season 3 I think, I gave up... Just became uninteresting to me. Spader is awesome though!

"I'm sick of runnin' from these wimps!" Ajax - The WARRIORS

Also really into Live PD. It can be redundant, but you never ever know what is going to happen.

Watched that a few times. I still love watching an episode of COPS here and there. So is this show really live or just made to look live? Always wanted to know....or maybe I don't want to know if it's the wrong answer.

It is definitely on a delay and not 100% live.

We watch a lot of TV.

-A.P. Bio - PLEASE WATCH IT!! It's a mid season show and those always struggle for another season. Very funny. Seth Myers is an executive producer and it has his style of humor.

-Brooklyn 99

-LA->Vegas

-Modern Family

-The Big Band Theory (ready for the end though)

-Stranger Things -Thanks to the Brewerfan recommendation. LOVED IT!!

-Better Call Saul

-Ozark - really enjoyed season 1, quite dark

-Peaky Blinders

-Game of Thrones

-Poldark

-Into the Badlands

-The Son (love westerns)

Going to give the new Roseanne a shot. We watched it when I was a kid.

During Police Academy someone asked a detective if she watched COPS. She said she did at first but now it was like turning on the tv only to be right back at work. I still like those shows, though. Especially Appalachian Outlaws because the locations are a 20-minute drive for me. BTW, you touch the back of the car for two reasons: One, because if you get killed your prints are on the car, and two: to check that the trunk is shut in case of ambush. I'd play Reno 911 24/7 if it ever came to Netflix.

On the older side, but this week's episode of "Brooklyn 99" inspired me to go back and watch the "Homicide" episode "3 Men and Adena." That show was, for the first few seasons at least, one of the best I've ever seen, and it was also fun to watch Andre Braugher go back and do what was basically a comedic version of perhaps its best episode on "99."

Speaking of older - 'The Shield' is my all-time favorite show - tremendous cast, especially Michael Chiklis and Walton Goggins.

Another one I've dusted off as of late - Babylon 5. It was very low-budget, a lot of the acting was over-the-top, and the CGI effects, while groundbreaking at the time, are extremely dated now. Despite all of that, the story arc that builds up through the first couple seasons and finally starts culminating around the end of season 2, still makes it a good watch overall.

If you're into the show/movie format involving drugs and a main character narrative as things unfold (ala Blow, Goodfellas), then Narcos is a great show. First two seasons focus on Pablo Escobar, while Season 3 centers around the Cali cartel following Escobar's death. I'm pretty sure they were working on filming a 4th season centered around Mexican cartels, but a location scout was actually killed looking for sites in Mexico that delayed filming/release of that season. I think it's still coming, though.

I also really enjoyed Ozark, but after how season 1 ended I struggle to see how a 2nd season could keep things within the realm of being realistic and keep the main characters all aboveground.

I'll toot the horn for The Detour. Just got around to watching the season 3 finale. Great episode and finally sorted out the two different timelines that my brain hadn't been able to figure out for 3 years. I guess they haven't been given a 4th season yet and it would be a shame if they don't get one. Quite frankly, it's the best comedy writing I've seen since Arrested Development.

I just recently finished a show called Turn: Washington's Spies and was probably one of the more suspenseful/thrilling shows I've seen in a long time. I'd recommend it to anyone that's interested in history and action.

Yes! Forgot to mention that earlier on my list, that was a great series.

Manhattan is another series I forgot earlier. Another really good series if you like history. It's about the group of scientists charged with building the A bomb. Not as good as "Turn," but definitely worth watching.

I watched Turn when it first came out. Didn't do it for me and I am a history guy so it should have been right up my ally. I don't recall my issues but I tuned out late in season 1, maybe I watched the whole season but I don't think so

"Turn: Washington's Spies" (which was the name of the show starting with season 2 or 3) actually ended up being very good. My wife and I almost quit after season one because, yeah, it was slow-developing and didn't seem to be going anywhere. The rest of the seasons got pretty good and led to a (in my opinion) great climax and conclusion to the series.

If anybody gave up on it, I recommend giving it another shot.

Just finished watching the latest Last Man on Earth. Overall fantastic episode and the ending left me with chills. If you're one of the many people who enjoyed it at the beginning and dropped out after a couple seasons (I don't blame you), you may want to give the end of this season and next a shot. I've read that next season is the last and it seems like they've got something to build on for a change.

Interesting. I did watch the 1st season, not sure how much of season 2 but then I gave up. Sounds like it's worth circling back.

I can totally understand how people gave up on it. I'll just say it looks like they're leading to some sort of actual completion to the overall story, instead of just spinning their wheels in random places like most of the series.
