Cape League Underway Soon

Mainly a reminder for colbyjack --

 

The wood bat Cape Cod League gets underway this week, and it seems there might be a potential for a couple of unsigned draft picks to accept late invitations, although even that seems unlikely.

 

If they don't sign, 23rd round pick Jon Mungle, the Mississippi State outfielder, and 25th rounder Jared Theodorakos, a LHP out of Baylor, would seem to be the only candidates for a late roster spot.

 

Wareham's the site which I'll hope to take in a game or two once again this summer, colby. I'm sure you've been scanning those Cape rosters -- we'll get you and your wife out here on a scouting trip yet -- shopping, beaches, and baseball. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
