All about blockchain. The coins are a crapshoot.
"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

The NY Times magazine article from last week helped me understand several aspects of the blockchain that I didn't understand before...as a whole it made me more of a believer and a skeptic at the same time.

The problem is where to put an investment...it's like the 90's dot-com era when there were undoubtedly be some huge winners but 95% of these cryptocurrencies will be worthless. Buying tokens doesn't really equate to investing in the blockchain and the tokens that eventually win out might not exist yet.

Ethereum= Blockchain (most popular blockchain play I believe)

Xrp = Commonly referred to the "bank coin". Google Ripple and checkout their solution. Its real.

Many Altcoins out there, definite crapshoot do your homework

I've been reading up some on Crypto and the thought of throwing down a couple hundred bucks and hoping to hit the lotto is pretty alluring. I’m most interested in coins that have a relatively low coin circulation (less than 100-150 million), have a reasonably low price, and appear to have a novel concept in some way. If I can figure out how to actually buy some, the currency I like is Ark.

What are others strategies? Any advice to a newbie?

You don't have an Adam Wainwright. Easily the best gentlemen in all of sports. You don't have the amount of real good old American men like the Cardinals do. Holliday, Wainwright, Skip, Berkman those 4 guys are incredible people

Here's my current Crypto-Folio. Thoughts on the coins? advice? I like to consistently invest, but smaller amounts as I'm a simple blue collar man looking to increase the value.

3,000+ ADA/Cardano Coins

500 APPC/AppCoins

Looking to next invest in possibly XRP, XVG? maybe a few others pending some advice others give me. Please feel free to drop any advice, i'm more than open to it. I'd prefer it that if you have anything negative to say about my investing, keep it to yourself, it is MY money after all!

I agree with this strategy as well but try to look at the coin you select and look for use. Some of these coins don't even have platforms yet and are only on white paper.

Its an amazing vertical if you have the stomach to handle the swings. I rode XRP from 90 cents to $3.28 back down to 70 cents and now its at $1.10. This all happened since 12/22/17. Invest in this instead of going to the casino :)
