Not close.

 

C'mon...it took a perfect throw to get him. In hindsight, sure, seemed like a bad move. But, late in the game. Berry has been thrown out once in what?...like 32 tries. Hard to really fault Counsell for that one...other than maybe possibly waiting another pitch (after the mound visit).
