On MLB network they are showing Brewers highlights right now and they show Thames in LF and mention Walker at 1B.

Harold Reynolds: "Why mess around?"

"... trying to figure out the best lineup."

HR: "Is it?"

Pretty much agree with Harold.

That son of a gun Perez, who can play every position, is flirting with .270...

I'll give him credit because he's played well of late and it's been much needed but his batting average isn't his issue.

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Anderson at 75 pitches, pull him. Start him Sunday. It was blue before, more realistic now.

Since Robertson in 1917 there have only been 4 other Giants (NY or SF) to lead the league in HRs in back to back season, can you name them?

We have Bonds Cepeda Mays, McCovey and Ott.

The last player is part of a better question, he is one of 2 players to the league in HRs in back to back seasons for 2 different teams (meaning he led his league in HRs at least 4 times). Can you name them?

Since you guys gave up, the final Giant is Johnny Mize, who did the same thing with the Cardinals. This second question is a great question because the other answer is Babe Ruth but it is not obvious. It would be like coming up with a hockey trivia question where Wayne Gretzky is the answer but no one would guess him.

Considering Harold is just about the dumbest "baseball guy" there is, Craig is probably doing the right thing. When your offense is beyond pathetic, is running out the same guys day after day the "smart" thing to do?

No, I understand. I wish the guy could take a pitch as well. His swing first approach can get aggravating ... but we have certainly had worse bench guys in recent memory :)
