2017-08-05: Brewers (Davies) at Rays (Cobb) 5:10 PM CDT [Brewers win, 3-0]

Really surprised Davies didn't get the 8th considering Swarzak and Knebel are probably unavailable. He was just cruising. Whatever, they got out of it and Perez with a big Badger Mutual Insurance Run that I feel like we'll need

Stearns really needs to get off his rear and help this offense. They have been so bad it's scary. It's really a shame because the starting pitching has been as good as anything I've ever seen as a Brewer fan and that includes CC and Vuke.

Davies- 90 pitches in 2 hours, close to death but he will likely live on

Knebel- 70 pitches in a week, o my god he will die soon if he touches a baseball

Two completely different situations.

Exactly, Davies' is more difficult

Not sure swarzak or hader are unless theyput up a few here. Someones gotta take the ball.

Seriously. Is the Rays bullpen like completely overloaded? They let Stanek face three guys in the ninth after he threw two good innings. I don't know how you can justify not just patting him on the back and turning it over to someone else in the ninth. If I were a Rays fan, I would be like too stunned to even be mad right now.

Glad it helped the Crew at least. Let's get some more!

Whoever the Rays manager is, thank you for being a mental midget sending Stanek out for a third inning.

Seems like he was too scared to potentially waste a reliever while losing. One of our recent managers loved to make small deficits into giant ones so a comeback wasn't possible. Roenicke?

Villar actually isn't really any faster than Thames. Villar runs 27.5 feet per second, Thames runs 27.3 feet per second. Though now that I look at it you meant run for Aguilar and move Thames to 1B and yeah Villar is faster than Aguilar :).
