I'm sure everyone has a different opinion on how to rate prospects I'm certainly no expert but I based my list especially 1-8 on actual production not what might happen two years from now. I also put a lot more weight on a AA or AAA guy that have performed already for several years than a 18 year old who has never made it to rookie ball yet but has a low draft pedigree, this means nothing until he does something let's talk about these guys in a couple more years.
