Hitting Summary:

Former Brewers farmhand Ignacio Otano, who signed recently with the Cubs, finished 2-for-4 with a home run.

We didn't comment on the May 1st release of Otano, but it was a surprise as in 2015 he posted a .322/.359/.462 line as an 18-year-old middle infielder in his debut season in the DSL. Only 73 AB's in 26 Maryvale games last year, and then let go this spring.
