I suspect he was disappointed he didn't pitch last night but I'm kinda glad he didn't. With our luck he would have been injured in a meaningless game. It was kinda funny that the lone Cub All Star gave up the winning HR in the 10th.

Corey sat in the bullpen while the Cub gave up the winning run. Oh, well. Maddon and his exceptional managing this year.

I figured Maddon would pitch Corey for three or four innings just to slag his arm, so I was pleasantly surprised. Kid needs the rest; he's been overworked.
