They'll use the "paper" DL/shuffle a guy or two on/off the Helena roster to add a fresh arm or two if they need it.

 

This is why you have to have a couple of rubber-armed vets such as Dillard on the club - guys who can eat up those innings without worrying about fragile young arms. They can't all be prospects at AAA/AA.
