In addition to Sibrian and Perez, I also don't see Nic Pierre, Antonio Piniero, or Jesus Lujano. Minus Perez, I think those all were relatively high profile signs as well. I'd guess all are coming state side.
but it's not like every guy suddenly forgot every piece of advice he gave

The following recently signed players do not currently appear on either roster:

C Jose Romero

SS Elian Gonzalez

RHP Victor Vasquez

RHP Julio Raudez (sorry, can't find player page)

If they don't appear soon, have to think their signings were voided or some such.

Incidentally, the other Jose Romero, a RHP, was reinstated from the restricted list and is on the active roster for main DSL club.

The following players do not appear on either DSL team roster, and are likely in Arizona, set to begin play stateside:

C Jose Sibrian

C Moises Perez

SS Antonio Pinero

CF Jesus Lujano

OF Nic Pierre

RHP Harold Chirino

RHP Henry Medina

Some additional notes:

First, Henry Medina was listed above as part of the split squad. Also, interesting that Alberto Paulino was listed as part of the DSL Brewers when he was reported released by them in Mid May. Must be more to this story, as And That suggested back when he first reported the release.

In addition to the missing players listed, the following players were also not noted anywhere and wondering if they are stateside or released: Jorge Quiterio, Yancarlos Cruz, Felix Paulino.

My bad on Medina - you're right. On Alberto Paulino it's possible they haven't updated the roster for the final time yet. If Paulino sees game action, we'll try to track down what happened.

Quiterio is on Helena's roster, on the restricted list. The only Felix Paulino I'm aware of pitched for the Brewers' DSL team four years ago.

I believe Yancarlos Cruz and Jean Carlos Cruz, assigned to the main DSL roster, are one in the same.

RHP Julio Raudez (sorry, can't find player page)

Victor Vasquez not only surfaced, he started yesterday's primary squad game.

Crickets on the other three.

If Romero does pop up, I'd look for him on the co-op squad. They're currently only carrying two catchers (both Brewers).

Also - Melvin Mendez and Antonio Perez, who were both OFs last year, are RHPs this year. Perez is listed as a pitcher, though he had an AB in the first game for the main DSL team. Mendez pitched an inning for the co-op squad today. Both had sub-400 OPSes last year.

Antonio Perez has appeared exclusively as an OF so far, so the position change may have been in error, or in fact meant for Melvin Mendez. Mendez, Perez, potato, potato.

We realize that this isn't the transaction thread, but it likely makes more sense to post Dominican Summer League signings here.

Brewers sign recently-turned 20-year-old LHP (we'll always accept LHP's) Silvestre Berroa, who was released by the Diamondbacks last October after 33 relief appearances over two seasons.

Numbers are solid, as you can see at the link.

Berroa was assigned to the Brewers' own (non-shared) squad.

Welcome aboard!

Also, I found a player page for Julio Raudez - so it appears he will show up eventually.

Brewer Fanatic Staff
17-year-old middle infielder Elian Gonzalez, only two games into his pro career (0-for-4), has been transferred to the shared Indians/Brewers club from the DSL Brewers.

Making the same move to the co-op team is 19 year-old Venezuelan RHP Jesus Colman, who was signed this spring. He played for the Blue Jays in 2016 and had made four appearances for the Brewers' full squad this season.

Brewers sign 21-year-old Dominican RHP Jose A. Rodriguez and assign him to the DSL Brewers (the non co-op squad).

Rodriguez pitched well in 19 relief appearances in his debut season with the Rockies in 2015. He was placed on the restricted list for all of 2016 and then released last fall by Colorado.

DSL transaction page introduces us to latest Brewer --

16-year-old RHP Michele Vassalotti, he'll be 17 in August

Signed in early June and activated from the restricted list Saturday 7/1.

His MiLB Player Page doesn't list a home town but this image comes from a page that indicates he's from Venezuela.

RHP Melvin Mendez has been swapped from the co-op team to the primary DSL Brewers roster. We have also asked MiLB to change the default view of his Player Page to pitcher, as he converted this season.

RHP Guillermo Paulino was swapped in reverse, and debuted with the co-op team on Saturday, after spending the prior games with the full Brewers squad.
