Anyone else get highly disappointed/annoyed when they see a Sky Sox lineup and both Brinson and Cordell aren't in it?

I understand guys need days off, but to see Kirk, De Jesus and Wren all in the lineup at the same time just irks me. Can't spread those out a bit? I'm sure there's a reason for it, I just find those two, especially Brinson, as guys I try to track as much as possible I guess.

Here they talk about Phillips hot start, but is it because of where he is hitting? Sure seems to be that way... I kind of wish they had him in AA just to make sure he is hitting well because of his approach and not because of Colorado Springs..

32 SO in 24 games(1.24 SO /game) is a higher SO rate so far than he lad last yr (1.33) and with a less walk rate as well.

I'm sure CS has something to do with it. But BB rate is improving. He walked just 6 times in all of April, he already has 7 walks in May. Another thing to watch, only 19 PAs vs LHP so far this season.

Colorado Springs Box Score

The Sky Sox defeated the Fresno Grizzlies Thursday afternoon, 8-5, to complete a four-game sweep.

All five of the Grizzlies runs were unearned due to three Sky Sox errors.

Heroes for the day include starting pitcher Hiram Burgos (5.0 IP, 6 hits, 3BB, 3K, Win), Kyle Wren (3-4, 2B, BB), Eric Sogard (3-4, BB), and Brett Phillips (1-3, 2B, 2 BB). Tyler Heineman (1-4, 2B, 2RBI) had a 2-run double against his former team.

While Phillips is hitting .300 on the road and .306 in Colorado Springs, all six of his HRs have come at home.

"While Phillips is hitting .300 on the road and .306 in Colorado Springs, all six of his HRs have come at home". OK someone please explain this moronic statement to me. He's hitting .300 on the road this is somehow bad because all his HR's are at home??? So we discount the .300 BA which I'm sure 90% of the rest of minor league players would love to have because god forbid his team leading HR's are at CS and not somewhere else?? Think about the statement and how ridiculous it really becomes....

McKenzie is really really really good.... I was praying for him in possible Lucroy trade. Young & loaded with upside & talent. I was much more okay with all the Ks tonight when I saw who was doing damage.

Anyone else really like Wren as a 4th OF? I really he gets a chance somewhere if not with Brewers. He is a darn good ball player

Keon Broxton and Trey Supak for Jason Rogers.... may be early but I'm pretty sure that one will go down as a win for Sterns! Supak just dominant yet again for TRats! He's been lights out for them!

Early?

This trade is already at the "highway robbery" stage. It's trending towards greatest trade in franchise history territory. Kidding aside, does anyone know how hard Supak is throwing these days? His results this season have been excellent.
