Truth is somewhere in between with Hader. You said it yourself, he was cruising through 4 innings. This start magnifies his biggest problem, and the problem many starting pitchers have at all levels these days. The ability to go through a line-up 3 or more times through 6-7 innings.

 

That's why I definitely think Woodruff is ahead of him. Hader has to figure out a way to pitch more than 5 innings consistently, or he really isn't the #2 prospect, not even close.
