Zimmerman has signed with the Nats, can Braun be far behind, he should receive slot money, correct????

I'd say that's a pretty fair statement.

Braun has to finish his college season. And Zimmerman received a pretty handsome bonus for the 4th overall pick. I'm sure the Brewers weren't pleased to see the amount he signed for (I think just below $3 million, Rogers made $2.2 million a year ago as the 5th overall pick).

FYI, Colby, you were pretty close on your Zimmerman figure, not sure if the Nats would be on the hook for the entire amount if the guy doesn't pan out. Signing bonus seemed kind of small.
