Agreed you should call you rep. I got mine the week of the 20th. You almost certainly would have received them by now.

I had to email my rep on tuesday becouse they didn't come and she said they where not printed up.

 

But she took cure of it and I got them Today but if you haven't got them yet you do need to call your rep.

Our rep says that basically happened to us. Good thing our first game isnt until the 29th. (20-gamer)
