Just saw Moonlight. I enjoyed it but like Arrival (and Hell or High Water) better. Of course, I much prefer story to character so figures that would happen. I did think the directing was great in Moonlight though. Really showed a lot of patience in some sequences.

I just saw Arrival I liked it but I hated the ending it made me feel like watching Contact all over again. Well not as bad as that ending but pretty much the same feeling. I was more disappointed in the ending than anything else really.

I haven't seen Arrival but I read the Wikipedia article about it and said to myself, so this a remake of Contact?
