Can he still sign with the team who drafted him last year. And is he still a top 10 pick. He has lost alot of velocity pitching in the lower 90's now compared to the mid 90's he use to. (but Pedro Martinez this season isn't going much higher than 91-92 but man his pitches are nasty all of them)
