Was looking for an appropriate Jacob Barnes thread to add to, but after review, seems a new thread is worthwhile for him. Young man had humble beginnings to his Brewers' minor league career (1.42 WHIP with the Rattlers, for instance), yet seems to be a true example of "player development".
