Alex Gordon not staying at 3B?

From Gammons most recent column:

The Royals' 2004-05 first-round draft picks, Billy Butler and Alex Gordon, could be big-league corner outfielders in a hurry, and first baseman Justin Huber will be in Kansas City and hitting next year.

Butler's future is definately not at third. He isn't a good defensive thirdbaseman at all. I am surprised Gordon would be moved. They must feel like Teahan there. Of course, this is Gammons talking so it is just as likely Gordon won't be moved.

I sure would like to see Gordon get traded in the future if the Royals are planning on a move to the outfield. After watching him all season I was impressed with his defense and instincts at third. I'll sure enjoy keeping an eye on his career, though, no matter where he plays.
