David Price in the post season...uh, leaves much to be desired. Yikes.

Also, the Indians don't seem to mind being spurned by Lucroy.

After giving up 4 guys (including 2 from system top 10) for Anderw Miller and 2 more lower level guys for Brandon Guyer, keeping the 4 others otherwise lost in the Lucroy deal will help the Tribe moving forward.

"Little Cowboy" Josh Tomlin goes game 3 for the Tribe.

If the Josh that pitched early in the season (or during final 2weeks of the season) shows up in Fenway, the BoSox could be in big trouble as Clay B takes the mound.

What is going to be funny is when the Indians advance and the Rangers get sent home tomorrow.

It also kind of shows you how much of a crapshoot the playoffs are. Who would have expected Hamels and Darvish to get hammered the way they did in games 1 and 2?

I don't know what the word for it is but the Nats didn't sign Ian Desmond to play SS for them in part because of Trea Turner. And now both Desmond and Turner are playing CF. It's not irony but it's something.

MLB needs to ditch the stupid hoodies in the postseason. There must be a mandate from above to wear them because as soon as the playoffs start every player and coach wears one and they all just look stupid.

It's marketing $$$$$$. Hoodies are fairly affordable to most people and they can buy what the players wear. Making them jackets would make them too expensive for most fans thus less money in their pockets.

So don't plan on it.

Sucky way to lose. What the hell are they even challenging?

After that stupid Cardinals game two weeks ago, I can't blame them for immediately challenging even if there was nothing to challenge.

My guess would've been the slide into 2B.

Not really sad to see Lucroy out. Still ticked about him exercising his no trade clause.

I guess I'm not too upset about him exercising that right, he had the right to do it, and he did. What leaves a bad taste in my mouth was the whole way he handled leaving. I may be wrong, but it just seemed like the guy had a poor attitude toward the organization there towards the end, so while I won't actively root against the guy, like you I am not terribly disappointed he is out. Especially since he basically did nothing to help them at all in this series, got what, 1 hit and allowed a passed ball that was key in losing the elimination game? Not exactly a performance to tell the grandkids about.

I do however kind of wish the Rangers would have won it all, for the sole reason of getting Prince a ring. Feel bad for him.

I just turned on Indians @ Red Sox, so I haven't seen all the calls this game, but that strike 3 to Pedrioa looked like a good pitch to me. Not much you can do with it as a hitter. Has the ump been down that low much tonight? If not, then I suppose he has a beef.
