Jimmy stinks. Biggest disappointment of 2016 for the Brewers?

 

Yes. In fact racking my brain for who #2 would even be.

 

Would have been Peralta, but he has turned things around. Jimmy maybe should have had a stint in the minors too...

I still think that Peralta's play is a disappointment. I guess it all depends where you pegged them to begin with. I was hoping for basically 3.75 era type of play from Nelson and Peralta if this team was going to compete sooner than later. Good enough we could trade for a good package or retain and build around.

 

My other disappointment would have been that Santana didn't play a full season. We would have known how he fits in the future puzzle. I don't think you can say how a guy is going to hit longterm until the league has a chance to find your weaknesses, and I don't think 400 career at bats over two partial seasons gets us there.
