Hendricks doesn't look very good running to first on singles. He has two singles to right. On the first one, Pérez considered a throw to first. On the second one, Pérez actually threw and almost got him.

This new thing where our pitchers don't let the other team score much seems to be working out pretty well. They should adopt this fully.

Seems like Baez just put on a huge show to get that HBP. Looked like it clearly hit the bat first, if it even hit his hand at all. Even the replay guys bought it. Counsell not happy

It would have been mean-spirited of the Brewers to bring TT in Friday so that the Cubs wouldn't get to "celebrate" their "clinch" after a walkoff. It was the least we could do to recognize the huge service they performed for mankind in the NLDS.
