San Diego GM A.J. Preller suspended 30 days for failing to disclose player injury info

How on earth is Preller going to get away with a 30-day suspension and that's it?

 

More importantly, how is this not going to result in the undoing of every trade the Padres have made this year?

 

I feel like even if the Padres let him stick around, no GM is going to want to do business with him. I certainly hope the Brewers aren't planning any trades with the Padres anytime soon.

The Padres should be required to forfeit the players in the trade back to Boston here. On a semi-related note, the Cardinals should be forfeiting the entire draft next year for their actions.

The league is punishing the organization by letting Preller keep his job. Seriously, no one is the organization told him this was a bad idea. It sounds like he was very open about it.
