He is. He's been obscene in August, his slash line right now is .458 OBP/1.000 SLG/1.458 OPS. 8 HR and 19 RBI in his last 11 games. He's the hottest hitter in the game right now.

 

Is Braun having an MVP season? If healthy and on a contender it wouldn't be a question.
