What's happened with Justin Upton?

I thought he never signed but then on some ebay auction for a card set that includes AFLAC HS players who have signed the guy said, "and the Diamondbacks have finally signed Justin Upton". I emailed him and asked where he got that from and he said that he thought Baseball America reported this in October. Did I miss this or is this guy full of it?

Upton hasn't signed. The guy was probably thinking of Cameron Maybin.

Thanks for clarifying that. The weird part is that he mentioned Maybin right after that saying he had signed also. Weird.
