As others have stated, I think it's going to be the Red Sox.

 

They have the ammunition, the GM and the resources to extend. They make more sense than Cleveland to me and always have.

 

I don't love the top of their system other than the obvious guys that I don't think they'll give up, but I think a deal headlined by Devers would be pretty great.
