Milwaukee Bucks 2016 - 2017

I am not sure if this source is reliable, but is reporting the bucks offered maker, Monroe and a #1 for Bledsoe.

https://clutchpoints.com/bucks-news-milwaukee-offering-thon-maker-greg-monroe-protected-pick-to-suns-for-eric-bledsoe/

this doesn't make any sense, doesn't seem that the bucks would give up maker at this point and have no one inside so doesn't seem to make sense to trade 2 bigs without getting one back.

I don't believe it re: Maker. He's exactly the type of player we've been trying to build around for a while now.

Considering how toxic Bledsoe has been, how bout Delly & Mirza & a 2nd for Bledsoe? I think this works on the Trade Machine too.

I think that original report was amended to say that Thon was off the table.
"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

On top of that...Bledsoe has low value because everyone knows he is done with the Suns. Seems silly for the Bucks to give up all of that, but what do I know? Not much.

Match that with his previous knee issues, I can't imagine his stock is high at all. But I guess with a couple of teams bidding for him, the price will be raised up a bit. Still, not worthy of putting Maker in this trade imo. Some mix and match of Delly, Tele, Moose, Henson, Vaughn, and a pick would be my cap for a trade.

Bledsoe isn't even a great 3P shooter is he?

he is OK, has a career 33.4% shooting, but definitely not great.

33%?? Yea, then what's the point. If they want to trade Delly/Vaughn for him, fine. But I would not give up a pick, or really Mirza, Henson, Moose. They can't afford to deal a way a big, they don't have much there to begin with.

Just seems simple at this point. Anyone they add should either be a shooter or a big. Even another defense/rebounding only big. A PG that can't shoot doesn't seem to move the needle much.
