Nieuwenhuis is horrible.

 

Of course, nothing like a home plate ump influencing the game and costing us a run by just giving in to the barking fans and dugout by calling a strike on a pitch way outside.

 

There's your exhibit A for letting machines call balls and strikes. Machines have no emotions.

A tie game with nobody out and a runner at second made it easy to decide to pinch hit for Anderson.

Same thing happened to the Giants a couple innings ago. Completely misjudged fly ball by Parker resulting in a "double" for Hill and then a double for Flores that was weakly hit and just over Belt's glove.

He wasn't good. Very poor command....was behind pretty much every hitter.
