@Mass_Haas Biscuits broadcast said tomorrow is likely Josh Hader's last start at AA. Heard anything more? I'm headed to Montgomery to watch.

Wasn't sure where to place this nugget.

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Seems like they're sticking to a plan. 90 max for a while, now they let him hit 100. Plus a couple extra days between starts. And he'll skip a start here and there. All to hit the innings they want out of him for the season.

Plenty of discussion about Hader already in the thread.

Anyone that used to read Bill James old baseball almanacs might recall a category that James used to put players like Don Mossi in when he reviewed certain decades of baseball...I think Hader might fit well in that category (being intentionally vague so as not to offend)

Just a bit of a delay in getting the Sky Sox update to you this AM, look for it by mid-morning, obviously the links in the early portion of the thread will get you the info you need to learn about the nice comeback 2-1 win, thanks.

As for the DSL, no update from the Brewers' complex was submitted during the overnight, we'll look for that later today.

Oh, and the Sky Sox series in New Orleans concludes today with an 11:00 AM Central game. Looks like RHP Tyler Cravy (blisters) is set to be activated thia AM to make that start. So look for the new Link Report then as well.

Nothing left to prove for Hader in AA

Josh Hader is now through 4 IP, given up 2 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, and has struck out 5 on 54 pitches, 38 for strikes. #Shuckers

Now that might be the understatement of the year. Put any current Brewer starter in Biloxi rotation and none would be any more dominating than Hader.
