Need need to move Peralta, he just needs to figure it out to get traded

 

He might be more valuable as a reliever. Rebuilding year or not if he can't get his ERA under 6 by mid to late May, he doesn't belong in the rotation. They don't have to replace him with one of the studs, just stick Capuano or Cravy in his spot and try him as a reliever.
